The CHANCE 2 DANCE Studio is a spacious, comfortable, sun-filled space with a floating floor.  All
lessons are private, enjoy the entire space with no distractions from other instruction or music.

How it all began...    June "Sugar" Renner began dancing in 1996 at the coaxing of
her late husband, Wayne, who immediately fell in love with the sport.  In a very short time they
began to compete.  As a couple, they quickly rose to the top of their division earning top overall
placements at every event in which they participated.  In 2000, they were the First Place Divisional
East Coast Swing and Second Place Overall Divisional United Country Western World Champions,
placing in all five dances.

When Wayne died unexpectedly in 2000, the support of the dance community was overwhelming,
and Sugar made the decision to continue dancing.  She poured herself into learning new techniques
and dances and at the urging of others began teaching.

In 2002 she opened
CHANCE 2 DANCE Studio, giving her the opportunity to share her passion
and expertise with others.  Her youngest student is now five and her oldest is seventy-eight.
Dancing has no generation gaps!

In 2005 she began competing with her students in professional/amatuer divisions, where her
students have enjoyed the success of many divisional championships.  In 2006 she began
competing on a professional level with her coach and mentor Robert Royston and placed Second
Overall in the Pro-Pro Spotlight Division at the 2007 World Championships of Country and Swing
Dance.

She is a member of the United Country Western Dance Council and the World Swing Dance Council.
